Reservations & Payments

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required payment and completion of the registration process.

Guests may pay in full or select the available installment plan. All outstanding balances must be paid by December 20, 2026.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments, including deposits, installments, and payments made in full, are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Because retreat accommodations and experiences are reserved in advance, refunds will not be issued for guest-initiated cancellations or inability to attend.

Reservation Transfers

Guests who are unable to attend may request to transfer their reservation to another eligible guest.

All transfers require prior written approval from Magnolia Literary Society. Transfers are not guaranteed, and replacement guests must agree to all retreat terms and conditions.

Changes or Cancellation by Magnolia Literary Society

If Magnolia Literary Society must cancel the retreat, affected guests will receive a refund of payments made toward their reservation. Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements and related expenses.

Acknowledgment

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
